The CABS program was
created by the Five Seasons Transportation & Parking Department in
order to assist those who are in need of transportation during the
hours which city buses are not operating. The program allows people to
get to/from work by using the taxicab.
Each client who is in the program must
reapply each year that they are on the program. The CABS pass is
valid for one year (July 1-June 30). The passes are also accompanied
by a recreational pass which are good for three months. The
Transportation & Parking Department will automatically send the new
recreation passes at that time.
An application for the
program can be obtained at Goodwill or Options. Local human services
agencies help determine who is eligible for the program.
