FST&P operates the Park & Ride/Lot 44 on the southern fringe of downtown Cedar Rapids, located south of 8th Ave. SE to 12th Ave. SE, between the Cedar River and 2nd Ave. SE. The Park & Ride Lot caters to businesses and workers seeking inexpensive downtown parking. Rates are $20.00 per month per space for general parking, and $30.00 per month per space for reserved parking. Included in the monthly parking fee is shuttle bus service to downtown businesses. The shuttle comes around every twelve minutes throughout the day (maximum ride time: six minutes).
